"B" Day

Today, Noelle's kindergarten class had "B" Day. They were to wear as many items starting with "B" as they could. She's pretty competitive, so we went to work last night looking for "B" things. I will say, it is much easier to find things for girls than boys. We certainly didn't go for fashion. When she got ready this morning, she was ready to take most of the stuff off, because it made her look crazy. I finally convinced her to keep it on, telling her she could take it off after her teacher had counted the "B" things.

not too excited about taking off her hat, because the sun was right in her eyes

Here's her "B" things

Blue dress with lots of Buttons sewn on it
Black sweatshirt
Bandana
Brown leggings
Boots (she wasn't too sure about snow boots in September)
Brown Belt
Bracelet with Bells
Beads
Brooch
Butterfly earrings with Backs
she had a Braid in her hair
Blue Balls on her ponytail holder
Black and Blue Barretts
Barretts with Bells
Bobby pins
Bug Barretts
Braves Baseball cap

In the end she had about 30 "B" things. She came in 3rd and still got to pick a prize from the treasure box.

Way to go, Noelle! That is so funny that she was worried about looking crazy. I'm glad you were able to convince her that crazy is fun :-)
